Material and methods: The medical chief residents and program director planned the activity that took place at the American University of Beirut campus. Twenty-five interns participated in this activity. The retreat included ice-breaking games, four training sessions, listening to the experience of a previous intern, a non-medical jeopardy and basketball games.
